 REFLECTOR UPGRADE KIT With energy costs continuously on the rise, Clean Room Construction Inc. is pleased to introduce our Reflector Upgrade Kit for 1x4, 2x4, 2x2 fixtures. The "reflector" has a mirror like surface made from high purity aluminum with specific photometric qualities to reflect light. When placed behind a lamp, the "reflector" reflects a minimum of 95% of the light output in the direction required. The process consists of pre-treated material that is upgraded with a flexible, intensely reflective layer of 99.99% pure aluminum. The deposition is achieved in a vacuum chamber to produce a uniform, smooth surface, which enhances the full range of photometrics. The finish becomes an integral part of the parent metal similar to that of an anodized finish. The surface is clear and colour free (no iridescence) creating a significant increase in light and visibility. The Reflector Upgrade Kit is ideal for retrofit reflectors. Each retrofit uses fewer lamps and ballast while light levels are maintained. With the Reflector Upgrade Kit greater energy efficiency and cost effectiveness are guaranteed. The examples shown demonstrate the wattage used.   |
