Project:
Replace ceiling in processing area.
Challenges:
- Existing ceiling contaminated easily and could not be cleaned.
- Grid system had little strength and could be damaged easily.
- Noise control was necessary.
- F.M. underwriters had to be satisfied.
Solution:
Install CRC Ceiling System with H.D. anodized grid system with 4x8 acoustical
panels and smaller 2x4 FM approved FRP panels in areas where heavier service
is required (Electrical and Hydraulic drops.)
Area:
16,000 sq. ft.

14 days
